Life D. Griffith, MSM, is a veteran music industry executive, legal consultant, and entertainment strategist with over 30 years of experience in the evolving digital music landscape. Having worked across nearly every facet of the industry, Life has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of international superstars such as Erykah Badu, Chico DeBarge, A Tribe Called Quest, Run DMC, Lost Boyz, Heavy D, Snoop Dogg, Rakim and many more. His expertise in marketing, promotions, and digital transformation has contributed to his clients achieving over a dozen Grammy Awards, selling more than 100 million records, and generating more than $500 million in global revenue.

Born in Brooklyn from Belizean parents and raised in Queens, New York, Life’s journey began in 1989 as an intern at Rush Artist Management under industry moguls Russell Simmons and Lyor Cohen. Demonstrating an acute ability to drive results, he quickly rose through the ranks. By 1990, he transitioned to Los Angeles, where he played a key role in the growth of The Steven Rifkind Company, ultimately contributing to the establishment of Loud Records.
